Nelson Homes has been working for over a year with the owner of Bennies Homes in Rustburg Va concerning a partnership between the two companies. Last week the owners signed an agreement that would allow Nelson Homes to purchase the Bennies Homes Sales Center and Model home lot.

"We believe this merger will place both Sales Centers in a much better position to service our clients now and in the future" said CEO Rob Rutherford.

With this expansion both Nelson and Bennies sales centers will have over 300 floor plans to offer our client as well as a the best Turn Key Program that is unsurpassed in Virginia.
