WOW... what a GREAT little home.... and CHEAP to boot. This little Cape Cod has 1 bedroom & 1.5 baths down stairs with room for a 2nd bathroom and 2 more bedrooms upstairs that you can finish yourself and SAVE... The house has room for 2 dormers on the front and a shed roof dormer on the back of the 2nd floor. Of course this one will fit on a basement and can be sided with just about anything including ceder or log siding. Add a full length covered porch for every comfort of home...
