TAX CREDIT EXTENDED and EXPANDED !!!!

Great News... The Tax Credit for 1st time home buyers has been extended..

Better News... The Tax Credit has been expanded to include everyone!!!!

BUT... you need to take advantage of it quickly. You will have to be in your new home in June and there is lots of work to do to get you into your new custom built home. DON'T MISS OUT THIS TIME.

The 1st time home buyers (someone who has not owned a home for 3 years) will be $8,000. If you are selling your home and buying a new one you can receive $6,500.
